About The Position

Candidate must assemble, package, and label materials according to company or customer drawings and specifications to ship to their desired location. Starting hourly rate for this position is 21.00 per hour. Work hours for this role are 7AM to 3 PM, 30 minute paid lunch.

Requirements

Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse components are helpful but not required.
High School graduate, or general education degree preferred.
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, and follow work instructions.
Ability to assemble product in accordance with customer or company drawings and specifications.
Communication skills
Must have ability to utilize Manufacturing System to scan time card and labor tickets and research availability of materials needed.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Mechanically inclined and have the ability to use hand and power tools to assemble product.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Ability to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

Assemble components by utilizing hand and power tools.
Inspects components and completes assemblies for conformity.
Follows all component handling procedures.
Exhibit safe work habits adhering to all PPE and OSHA requirements for assigned area.
Must report to work at scheduled time every day.
Be in your work area and prepared to begin work at the start of your shift.
Must maintain housekeeping in your work in your area and throughout the building.
Must be able to package product to ensure it will arrive to customer in acceptable condition.
Be sure all tools and equipment are returned at the end of your shift to maintain a clean and safe working environment for all.
Inspects components and completes assemblies for conformity.
Follows all component handling procedures.
