Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Forklift certification (preferred for Level I, required/strongly preferred for Levels II & III)
  • Basic computer skills for Team Lead roles
  • Warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Move products from the warehouse floor to the dock for shipment
  • Load garage doors, track, hardware, openers, and related products into trailers and trucks
  • Lift, stack, secure, and organize materials for safe transport
  • Use pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
  • Ensure every shipment is accurate and damage-free
  • Keep the dock and warehouse organized, clean, and safe
  • Follow safe lifting and loading procedures at all times
  • Position trailers for daily loading activities
  • Direct staging and loading efforts for route shipments
  • Guide team members on trailer setup and loading priorities
  • Ensure shipments are properly arranged based on size, quantity, and route
  • Verify products are staged correctly before loading
  • Apply capacity planning knowledge to maximize trailer space
  • Support safe, efficient dock operations
