About The Position

We are seeking experienced Shipping & Receiving Operators for a fast-paced warehouse environment in the Dallas/Hiram area. This position is ideal for candidates with strong forklift skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and attendance. The warehouse environment includes palletized inventory stored on warehouse racking systems in an industrial distribution setting.

Requirements

Recent verifiable forklift experience REQUIRED
Cherry Picker and Stand-Up Reach experience REQUIRED
RF Scanner experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Stable work history and dependable attendance required
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
Background check required
Drug screen required
Steel toe boots required
Ability to lift and move warehouse materials regularly

Turret experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Reach, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
Perform shipping and receiving duties
Pull and verify orders accurately
Use RF scanners proficiently
Inspect forklifts before use and report maintenance concerns
Maintain organization and safety throughout the warehouse
Assist with inventory and warehouse operations as needed
