About The Position

This role is responsible for managing MRO cargo receiving, including checking cargo information, notifying recipients, managing storage and inventory, processing Good Receipts in the HSAGP system, and handling return cargo. The position also involves controlling inbound and outbound cargo for HASGP, including document verification, escorting, and inspection. Additionally, the operator will support recycle material ship-out, including escorting trailers and weight checks. Other duties include invoice verification for month-end closing, reporting to the manager, auditing processes, and daily equipment checks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Development)
• Experience working in shipping/receiving preferred
• Forklift and Hand Truck experience preferred
• Ability to operate computerized inventory system
• Highly organized and strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Must be able to read and understand instructions in English
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Good understanding and observance of work process
• Good documentation skill (Correct Log archiving / Correct data processing in system)
• Good understanding of machine/equipment manipulation (PIV, Weight scale, Dock)

• Cargo Storage work: Correct Location of cargo / under good storage condition / with correct q'ty

Responsibilities

• Manage MRO cargo receiving: check cargo information (recipient, PO), notify recipients of arrival, manage storage and inventory, process Good Receipts in HSAGP system, handle return cargo storage and hand-over to carriers, and archive logs.
• Control HASGP inbound/outbound cargo: verify inbound documents, archive logs, escort to dock for unloading, inspect inbound cargo for damage, and audit outbound control processes and logs.
• Support recycle material ship-out: escort empty trailers to loading docks, and perform trailer weight checks (empty/loaded) and log archiving.
• Perform other duties: verify invoices for month-end closing, provide periodical reports to the manager, conduct periodical process and log audits, and perform daily equipment/machine checks (weight scale/PIV).
