Overtime is available and sometimes required. This is a working management role where you'll set the tone for productive workdays and motivate your team to excel. Management Duties: Managing operations and enforcing safety procedures Overseeing the shipping lead, receiving parts lead, and freight coordinator to ensure high-quality work Directing shipping operations and complying with inventory policies Training and mentoring staff Reporting issues to the manufacturing plant manager Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment Troubleshooting issues and solving problems Hands-On Responsibilities: Preparing finished tanks for shipment and setting them in the correct places Safely operating forklifts and cranes to move tanks, trailers, and parts Measuring and weighing packages to prepare invoices and bills of lading Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods and reporting inventory defects Transferring products, objects, molds, and parts to specified areas Setting up, operating, and maintaining spray foam equipment OUR STORY For over 60 years, Design Tanks has led the way in custom fiberglass reinforced plastic tank solutions, serving businesses of all sizes-from small operations to Fortune 100 companies.
