About The Position

Hiring Immediately, Parts Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk. Fitzgerald Auto Mall is currently looking to hire a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Parts Team! Our business is growing, and we are looking for energetic employees to help. This position job plays an extremely important role in the overall continued success of our company.

Requirements

Candidates are required to be able to work on their feet for a full shift, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and lift 50 + lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership inventory systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull automotive parts and materials regularly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Stock and organize parts in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for shipment and delivery.
Perform inventory count and assist with inventory control processes.
Process returns and maintains accurate inventory records.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Communicate effectively with coworkers, vendors, carriers, and delivery drivers.
