We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage daily operations at our data center shipping and receiving clerk. This role is critical to maintaining efficient logistics and delivering a high level of service to our customers. This role goes beyond logistics—it is a customer service position at its core. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and a professional experience at every step. Our clerk handles a high volume of inbound customer equipment, typically ranging from 40 to 150 packages per day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, processing, and tracking all incoming shipments with accuracy and urgency.
