About The Position

Posimech is an AS9100/ISO9001 Certified High‑Mix/Low‑Volume Precision Machine Shop with over 45 years of continuous operation. We are a top‑performing supplier supporting major military aircraft platforms, ground‑support systems, Boeing, Airbus, and emerging SpaceX‑related programs. We are seeking a full-time shipping and receiving clerk with experience handling, identifying, documenting, and packaging small manufactured parts. Applicant must be responsible, mature, and interested in long-term employment.

Requirements

Packaging, inventory, or shipping experience within aerospace, aviation, precision manufacturing, defense, or another manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with UPS and other shipping platforms, and standard computer skills for data entry.
The ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing instructions, part numbers, blueprints, and supporting documentation.
Exceptional accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and an ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Verify part numbers, quantities, manufacturing certifications, and engineering documentation to maintain strict aerospace part traceability.
Package components according to specific customer requirements and regulatory specifications.
Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx and other platforms, ensuring accuracy.
Receive, identify, label, store, and organize incoming parts and materials.
Participate in inventory counts and materials handling.
