About The Position

We are currently searching for an experienced Parts Shipping and Receiving clerk to join our Bloomington Auto Mall team. Having experience in wholesale or retail automotive parts would be ideal. We are looking for someone with high energy and a strong passion for customer satisfaction. We have a beautiful dealership and you'd be working around some of the most prestigious franchises in the market... Mercedes Benz, Audi, Subaru, Volkswagen and Lincoln. Requirements

Familiarity with in house DMS systems.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and work on your feet
Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
Must possess excel data entry and math skills and have a strong attention for detail
Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team player.
Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
Must be organized and a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

Having experience in wholesale or retail automotive parts would be ideal.
Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds system a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, Unload, and put up orders
Verifiy items received by comparing the purchase order to the packing list/invoice
Responsible for selling various automotive parts and company products via face to face with customers and technician’s and inbound/outbound phone calls
Inspect condition of items for quality and accuracy resolving any discrepancies in weight, quality or unit price
Make sure labels for material are accurate
Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary
Monitor parts inventory to insure minimum stocking levels.
Assist with daily housekeeping duties.
Assume other duties as assigned.
