Your Purpose as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk: Responsible for proper controls of the parts inventory and other administrative functions Stock and post incoming orders with detail and accuracy Ensure that credits are received for returned parts Organize inventory in appropriate locations and in correct order by group and source as set by manufacturer Provide necessary information to the warranty/scrap department to allow prompt filing of parts warranties/scrap Assist in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory Assist in period part returns Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for proper controls of the parts inventory and other administrative functions
  • Stock and post incoming orders with detail and accuracy
  • Ensure that credits are received for returned parts
  • Organize inventory in appropriate locations and in correct order by group and source as set by manufacturer
  • Provide necessary information to the warranty/scrap department to allow prompt filing of parts warranties/scrap
  • Assist in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory
  • Assist in period part returns
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
