About The Position
Michael’s Toyota of Bellevue is seeking a detailed‑oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Parts Department. This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy, timely processing of shipments, and smooth daily operations. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and keeping parts flowing efficiently through the dealership. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven reliability and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and damage
- Process outbound shipments, returns, and core shipments in accordance with dealership procedures
- Maintain organized, accurate inventory records and properly label and store parts
- Communicate discrepancies or shortages promptly to the Parts team
- Stock shelves and assist with bin organization and cycle counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support the Parts Department as needed to meet business demands
