We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Shipping & Receiving team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate packaging and shipment of finished products, receiving and inspecting inbound freight, managing packaging inventory, and supporting overall order accuracy and quality control. This is a physically active role that requires working with a pallet jack, shrink-wrapping pallets by hand, and keeping pace with a busy production floor.

Requirements

  • Strong attendance, punctuality, and initiative - reliability is essential in this role.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow, manage time effectively, and meet daily productivity requirements.
  • Capable of confirming part accuracy and performing quality checks before product ships.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Collaborative team player who can work with others to hit daily and weekly goals.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify parts for accuracy, then package them for outbound shipment to exact customer specifications.
  • Receive inbound freight, inspect against purchase orders, and process returns accurately.
  • Move materials and pallets using a pallet jack; shrink-wrap multiple pallets by hand daily.
  • Track packaging material inventory and place restock orders as needed to prevent line stoppages.
  • Support carrier relations and order management as part of the daily shipping workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Cross-train and work in areas as assigned, adapting to workload demands and production priorities throughout the facility.
