Shipping & Receiving Trainee (Future Manager). Starting wage negotiable at interview based on experience. 4-Day Workweek | Ridgeland, WI. This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have prior shipping/receiving experience and forklift experience. Requirements

Some prior shipping/receiving experience (listed on resume).
Forklift experience required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and grow into a Shipping & Receiving Manager role.
Able to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

Perform quality checks throughout production and at final completion.
Prepare containers and coordinate movement to the paint room and wash areas.
Complete final inspections and prepare products for shipment or customer pickup.
Organize products for safe, efficient loading.
Unload incoming deliveries and inspect materials.
Maintain inventory accuracy and keep warehouse areas organized.
Work closely with production, paint, and management teams.
Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all work meets company specifications and quality standards.
