About The Position

Innovative Skincare, home of the renowned iS CLINICAL cosmeceutical brand, is seeking Shipping and Receiving associates to assist in all warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities within the Manufacturing Operations department of iS CLINICAL. The role will be on-site at our new Mesa, AZ facility. This position requires current or prior forklift certifications to also assist with material handling across the warehouse.

Requirements

Prior experience in a Shipping and Receiving role.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and move 450 lbs with equipment.
Strong computer skills with experience verifying and maintaining records of outgoing shipments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
Current or prior forklift certifications

Responsibilities

Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and Safety Procedures
Assists Packing, Shipping, and Receiving departments.
Verifies and keeps records of outgoing shipments.
Compiles Packing, Shipping, and Receiving documents.
Assists with coordinating shipments.
Prioritizes task to ensure timely shipment of orders.
Uses UPS World Ship.
Assist with Packing, Shipping and Receiving.
And other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager and/or Plant Manager.
