About The Position

Reifel Industries is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately receiving incoming materials, preparing finished goods for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Forklift experience is required.

Requirements

Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, early arrivals, or extended hours as needed

Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Verify incoming materials against customer paperwork and shipping documents
Complete receiving inspections and identify discrepancies
Enter and maintain inventory information using computer systems
Create work tickets and properly tag received materials
Place materials in designated inventory locations
Prepare finished goods for shipment
Complete shipping documentation accurately
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures
Identify and properly tag non-conforming materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with production and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
