About The Position

Coastline Power Solutions, a manufacturer of generator enclosures and custom fuel tanks, has an opening for a Shipping and Receiving Associate. Requirements

• Forklift operation is required
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel and bend
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure
• Must enjoy a challenging environment, on a daily basis

Nice To Haves

• Be able to withstand high-temperature warehouse and outdoor environment

Responsibilities

• Perform basic data entry into the QuickBooks system
• Coordinate data entry for all sales orders
• Track all inventory items in the system
• Maintain min/max inventory levels at all times
• Distribute materials to production crews
• Load and unload trucks as necessary
• Maintain accuracy of physical inventory against computer generated balances
• Quickly develop a knowledge of materials
• Perform daily cycle counts
• Coordinate inspection of all items upon delivery
• Ensure all items used are properly recorded
• Other basic clerical duties as assigned by management
• Any other duties as assigned by management
