Muskoka Bay Resort requires an energetic, motivated and career-minded shipping & receiving assistant who is willing to work and support all departments on the resort with various task related to the job description. This role involves supporting the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, reviewing incoming invoices, ensuring timely delivery of goods to relevant departments, organizing the loading area, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining a clean receiving area. The assistant will also handle food and perishable item deliveries, assist with garbage removal, and deliver/stock on-course F&B operations. Availability for 40 hours a week during peak business hours is required, along with clear and professional communication with guests and co-workers. The job requires the ability to stand and lift for long periods.
