About The Position

Biovation Labs is looking for a Shipping & Forklift Specialist to join our team. The Shipping & Forklift Specialist plays a key role in supporting warehouse and retail operations by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient material handling, and proper inventory control. This position is responsible for picking, packing, staging, and shipping retail orders, as well as assisting with receiving, stocking, and cycle counts. The Warehouse Associate must maintain a high level of accuracy, follow safety and quality standards, and be willing to cross-train in various warehouse functions, including forklift operation. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must be attentive to safety in the workplace and detail oriented regarding product, lot numbers, shipping method, labels, and quantities.
Proficient at multi-tasking, able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess organization skills.
Physical requirements may include: standing for prolonged periods of time, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive motion.
Must be knowledgeable in basic math functions and in the use of computers/scanners.
Must be able to operate or be train to operate a forklift.

Nice To Haves

Must be open to cross training and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Fulfill small store orders by accurately picking and packing products to exact quantities.
Pull correct items for retail orders and stage them for packing.
Manage, monitor and promptly record inventory using computer or via physical file paperwork, as required.
Perform inventory cycle-counts as required.
Load and unload material from receiving.
Perform various other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
Communicate work-related information to peers, supervisor, and managers.
Report problems and/or ideas for improvement to supervisor.
