About The Position

The Shipper is responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet operational and customer requirements. This position reports to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and is part of the Cytiva Aseptic Filling Supply Chain Function located in Burnaby BC. This is an on-site, one-year fixed-term contract role.

Requirements

• Post‑secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience in Operations, Logistics, with a minimum of 1 year experience in shipping/logistics, warehouse operations
• Hands‑on experience with shipping and warehouse systems, including ERP transaction processing (e.g., inventory movements, shipping documentation)
• Experience packaging, palletizing, or crating domestic and/or international shipments, including familiarity with trade regulations and Incoterms

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operator certification and ability to safely operate material handling equipment
• Experience following standard work instructions and participating in continuous improvement or Kaizen initiatives

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently, including scheduling transportation and ensuring secure delivery
• Manage inventory and shipment documentation, performing ERP transactions, generating outbound paperwork, and tracking shipments in transit
• Support warehouse operations and continuous improvement, maintaining an organized work environment, collaborating across teams, and assisting with additional logistics activities as needed
