In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily logistics operations by accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging products for outgoing shipments. Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, retail stockroom, logistics, or general labor environment.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
A highly detail-oriented mindset with the ability to double-check part numbers, quantities, and shipping labels to ensure 100% order accuracy.
The ability to safely stand, bend, stretch, and lift packages (typically up to 50 lbs) throughout the duration of your shift. (Note: Steel-toe shoes are required for this position).
Basic computer literacy with the ability to learn internal software, navigate simple shipping programs, and operate barcode scanners.
Strong prioritization skills to meet daily shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively alongside team members, supervisors, and freight drivers.
A dedicated team player and self-starter who is motivated by goal completion and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Prepare, pack, and label outgoing items accurately, closely following company shipping protocols and carrier guidelines.
Inspect outgoing products for damage, correct quantities, and proper documentation before staging for shipment.
Safely use basic warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, tape dispensers, and barcode scanners.
Assist with loading outgoing freight onto delivery trucks and courier vehicles.
Perform routine inventory checks and assist with stocking and staging materials as needed.
Keep an organized, clean, and safe work environment in full compliance with workplace safety standards.
