About The Position

The Shipper pulls, prepares, and ships parts and assemblies according to production schedules. The Clerk also maintains detailed documentation of product receipts and shipments.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in Shipping and Receiving
• Eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government to conform to U.S. export control regulations.

Responsibilities

• Wrapping, packaging, and boxing fragile or custom-machined parts following strict quality procedures to prevent damage during transit.
• Creating and verifying packing slips, and address labels so shipments match customer orders.
• Operating Epicor software to update stock levels, track shipped items, and process incoming deliveries or returns.
• Working with LTL carriers, freight services, and couriers (like FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to schedule pickups and arrange transit.
• Early shipments that are packaged and placed on a waiting shelf until further notice to ship.
