Requirements

Six months forklift operation experience.
Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
Ability to work mandatory overtime as required.
Must have reliable transportation and outstanding attendance.
Ability & willingness to work safely & wear PPE as required.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, and safety rules.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled work environment in a manufacturing plant.
Work with a positive, can do attitude and the ability to report to work on time every day.
Incumbent must be physically able to perform essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the safe operation of a forklift operator to include: Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts.
Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary.
Using a calculator for basic math to calculate daily production
Perform general housekeeping duties in an effort to support safety and quality standards
