About The Position

This is a temporary position on the First Shift, from 6:45 AM to 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday. The primary objective is to coordinate and perform tasks related to shipping and receiving of materials in the Distribution Department accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work environment. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, including adhering to all safety protocols, promoting a safety culture, and participating in safety-related programs and initiatives such as the safety committee, Risk Assessments, Exposure Hunts, department inspections, and change management activities. The position involves operating various equipment and systems, including a stock picker, TSP, Handheld RF (WMS), and electric pallet jack. Responsibilities include completing travelers, receiving and picking products using a handheld RF in WMS, and retrieving product from QC hold. The role also requires the ability to become certified on a clamp truck and sit-down fork truck. Full-time presence is required, along with the ability to work well with others in a team environment and be cross-trained in other functions. Excellent attendance and the ability to work overtime as required, including extended shifts and weekends, are essential. Additional tasks may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift to 65lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities
