This role is responsible for exemplifying customer service standards, assisting management with shipment planning, processing shipments, managing inventory, directing merchandise flow, ticketing and stocking merchandise, organizing stockroom departments, adjusting stocking procedures, processing inventory paperwork, maintaining accurate records of off-site merchandise, executing timely processing of donations and MOS merchandise, packing and logging shipments, maintaining a clean stockroom, completing daily tasks, potentially supervising and training stock associates, and assisting on the sales floor as needed. The role also requires compliance with all company policies and procedures to minimize loss.
