Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is currently seeking a Shipper/Reciever I to join our team in Youngsville, North Carolina. The Shipper/Receiver I provides manufacturing expertise and support including but not limited to, sorting, verifying, recording, and routing incoming and outgoing shipments. Requirements

Minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing, logistics or warehouse environment including order selection, packing, and receiving processes.
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using SAP, warehouse management system.
Basic understanding of Microsoft applications (for example Excel).

Responsibilities

Show a strong adherence to quality by continually seeking methods of improvement for all the position's functions.
Ensure that all products and parts adequately meet Eaton’s quality guidelines as they move throughout the shipping, or receiving, process and perform quality checks as instructed.
Operate and read hand-held RF units to find, move and allocate material.
Use a resource management system (SAP) to process all incoming and outgoing freight.
Prepare items for shipment by assembling containers, posting weights and affixing proper postage and paperwork.
Interface with the shipping office, customer service, drivers, and carriers to ensure proper delivery.
Report irregularities, or equipment malfunctions.
Become certified in operation of forklifts to transport and locate equipment and materials to required areas.
