About The Position
This is a Part-Time Shipper/Receiver position at Aubrey Alexander Toyota in Selinsgrove, PA. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing parts orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient packaging and shipping of customer orders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Driver’s License

Responsibilities
- Assist in checking in daily parts orders and putting parts away in noted bin locations.
- Count and sort all outgoing orders for parts deliveries.
- Label outgoing parts to be delivered.
- Create invoices for outgoing parts.
- Perform periodical cycle counts to verify the correct inventory count.
- Receive and label incoming orders from outside vendors.
- Efficiently package and ship orders to ecommerce customers.
- Communicate to management when counts are off or packages are damaged.
- Check incoming parts for damage.
- Take pictures of damaged parts per the manufacturer's guidelines.
- Assist delivery drivers with loading their vehicles for daily departure.
