About The Position
As a Material Handler, you will serve as the operational backbone of our warehouse, maintaining inventory accuracy, moving raw and finished materials, and keeping our production lines running seamlessly. This role is 'On-Site' at the location detailed in the job post.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing/warehouse experience.
- Experience operating material handling equipment and utilizing inventory software (MFGPro preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work overtime and adapt quickly to shifting demands.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MFGPro inventory software.
Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transfer raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across shipping, receiving, and production areas using material handling equipment.
- Complete transactions in our Inventory Management System (MFGPro), conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Deliver supplies to production, manage rack/drum inventories, and support 5S housekeeping and recycling initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols, proactively report hazards, and coordinate with shift teams to optimize workflow.
