About The Position

IMAX is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support the accurate and timely movement of materials, inventory, and customer shipments across our warehouse locations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments related to manufacturing, service, and aftermarket parts while ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to support inventory control activities, product shipments, and material movement between facilities. This position is ideal for a motivated, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to delivering exceptional operational support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, or inventory environment
  • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with inventory control processes, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations
  • Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using ERP systems for warehouse and inventory transactions; SAP experience preferred
  • Valid G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Support all inventory control activities, including receiving, put-away, transactions, adjustments, picking, and shipping
  • Assist with cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate the movement of parts and systems between warehouse locations based on production and shipment schedules
  • Ensure delivery schedules are met and proactively identify and communicate potential issues
  • Support customer system shipments in partnership with the Logistics and Manufacturing teams
  • Prepare product packaging and shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments
  • Perform miscellaneous material pickups and deliveries using the IMAX company vehicle as assigned
  • Maintain accurate truck delivery logs and related records
  • Ensure compliance with IMAX safety requirements, quality management system (QMS) procedures, and applicable transportation regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
