About The Position

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is a non-destructive method of excavating utilizing water and a vacuum system. Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Shipper and Receiver is responsible for ensuring seamless processing of incoming and outgoing shipments and items via Oracle Cloud. The successful candidate understands the impact of this position on other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of incoming and outgoing deliveries. Hour rates based on experience with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement!

Requirements

• Good computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook and possess the ability to learn job related computer programs.
• Online shipping, tracking, and receiving experience utilizing FedEx, UPS, Purolator and DHL
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective communication skills, and occasional travel for meetings and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Receives and sorts incoming parts and puts away to designated storage locations in the warehouse or the outside storage areas along with using Oracle Cloud for Receiving and Put away function
• Processes all required receiving/shipping paperwork and maintains adequate receiving and shipping records for reporting and tracking.
• Prepares and schedules shipments as assigned.
• Schedules daily transportation needs with different carriers/couriers.
• Ensures accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Basic understanding of supply chain management and the impact of materials flows on supply chain success.
