About The Position
Experienced Shipping associates are responsible for storing, verifying, and preparing merchandise for shipment including but not limited to selecting packaging, staging, moving product via U-boat, and labelling.
Requirements
- Must be able to Lift 50lbs independently and up 80lbs with assistance
- Extended periods of standing/walking (10+ hours/day)
- Attention to detail and ability to count
- Must be able to locate and identify specific items
- Must be able to manually pack and seal boxes following standard procedures
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Warehouse
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Load or package boxes and crates for shipping while ensuring accuracy of contents
- Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes
- Use RF Scanner and Warehouse Management System to complete shipment process for large items
- Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer’s orders
- Pack and seal boxes following standard procedures
- As assigned by the manager
