About The Position

KMT Waterjet, a Shape Technologies Group Company, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join their logistics team. This role supports the day-to-day activities and duties within a high-volume Shipping and Receiving Department. The clerk will report to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. This position is crucial for the efficient handling, processing, and distribution of incoming and outgoing shipments to meet customer demands and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fulfill work order requirements by pulling parts for Assembly/Shop and accurately recording transactions in the system.
• Receive, stock, and organize parts.
• Complete system transactions for parts received from Assembly/Shop and purchase orders.
• Prepare and ship parts for sales orders to customers.
• Safely load and unload freight trucks.

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Experience in preparing shipments, receiving goods, verifying deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
• Understanding of inventory control processes, including cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
