We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide direct care within our residential behavioral health program serving adolescent co-ed youth (ages 12-17). Many of the youth in our Summit Program have never experienced consistent safety or stability. As a Shift Supervisor, you will show up daily as a stable, caring adult – helping youth build resilience, practice emotional regulation, and envision a future beyond trauma. As a Shift Supervisor, you will serve as both a mentor to youth and a leader to staff – ensuring consistency in care, guiding daily operations, and supporting a therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed practices. You will play a critical role in maintaining structure, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality care on every shift. If you are passionate about behavioral health, substance use recovery, trauma-informed residential care, 12-Step Model, youth advocacy, and therapeutic mentorship, we invite you to apply.
