About The Position

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee an assigned shop shift and support the shop leadership team. The role is responsible for keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently while creating a positive customer experience. The Shift Supervisor leads day-to-day operational excellence, supports and develops hourly Team Members, and works to improve their skills through experience and learning. The position offers opportunities for further growth within Krispy Kreme. The role involves working in a shop environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels, including a non-air-conditioned production area. Requirements

Two years of relevant experience.
One year of experience supervising a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to express their originality.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
Manage the flow of service to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
Assist the Assistant Manager or General Manager with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
Provide exceptional customer service and foster a culture in which customers and employees feel welcomed and valued.
Partner with the shop leadership team to provide overall shop support where needed.
