About The Position
Paradies Lagardère is opening a new partnership with Moab Brewery at the Salt Lake City International Airport. Moab Brewery & Restaurant is known for its award-winning craft beer and hearty food, originating from Moab, Utah. This location aims to provide travelers with a taste of Utah's adventurous spirit and hospitality. The Shift Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of the company's mission to deliver First Class Service. This position supports daily restaurant operations by guiding team performance, enforcing service standards, and partnering with management to achieve excellence in customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-paced environments
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and operational integrity
Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service aligned with brand values and hospitality standards
- Oversee and coordinate team activities throughout the shift, from opening to closing
- Support training and onboarding of new employees, reinforcing procedures and expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with management and the Food & Beverage team to meet performance goals
- Enforce company policies and uphold safety and compliance protocols
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to staff to promote growth and accountability
