About The Position

Responsible for providing outstanding, friendly, and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property as directed. Works to ensure maximum Guest safety at all times while periodically patrolling assigned areas.

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
• Must be able to establish and להי maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain required work cards

Responsibilities

• Practicing, supporting, and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times
• Adhering to all company service and operating standards and ensuring direct reports adhere to all company policies
• Assisting Supervisor in day-to-day activities; providing training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving issues
• Maintaining a professional departmental, company and community presence
• Answering Guest questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and property in general
• Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
• Observing and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior
• Escalating emergency situations to Assistant director and Director as needed
• Assisting the Security Manager in ensuring all shift administration is completed correctly and on time, including incident reports, logs, statistics, and other documentation
