Requirements

Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
Ability to see details at a close range.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a controlled environment using solvents, acetone, and coatings.
Must be able to work Overtime as required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in coating printed circuit boards
Familiar with IPC 610 standards
High School diploma or equivalent
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to achieve a higher output.
Ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
Approve Employee time off and time cards weekly.
Ensure employees are reading, following electronic work instructions and engineering drawings.
Assist with masking and/or taping circuit boards.
Inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage.
Transport racks of circuit boards from one destination to another to continue the manufacturing process.
Ensure all employees are performing general housekeeping duties and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
