About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! This role involves allocating team activity and resources efficiently to meet delivery requirements while upholding quality and safety standards. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for record management, ensuring systems function correctly, and handling non-conforming materials. They will also monitor and maintain safety equipment and tools, keep the team focused on daily targets, identify training needs, and resolve team issues or conflicts. This position operates under the general supervision of local Management and coordinates the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment. The leader is expected to lead by example, align with Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, and foster a proactive work culture.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree

Responsibilities

• Allocates team activity and resources efficiently in order to meet delivery requirements, while achieving quality and safety standards
• Handles record management and ensures systems are functioning correctly
• Clearly identifies and segregates non-conforming material while monitoring and maintaining all safety equipment and tools
• Keeps the team focused on daily targets and responsibilities
• Identifies training needs, listens to team members’ feedback, and works to resolve issues or conflicts
• Operates under the general supervision of local Management
• Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment
• Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while fostering a proactive work culture
