About The Position

The Shift Supervisor oversees an assigned shift and partners with the shop leadership team to support overall shop operations. The role is responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently while creating a positive customer experience. The supervisor leads daily shop operations, supports hourly Team Members, and helps strengthen their own skills through experience and learning, with opportunities for growth at Krispy Kreme.

Requirements

Two years of relevant experience.
One year of experience supervising a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where team members are empowered to express their originality.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
Manage the flow of service to support safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
Assist the AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
Provide exceptional customer service and nurture a welcoming culture where customers and team members feel valued.
