Requirements
- Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience = major plus
- A natural leader who thrives in the hustle
- Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure
- Flexible with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays included)
- You’re all about delivering great food and great vibes
Responsibilities
- Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts
- Keep the vibes high and the guest experience even higher
- Support training and coaching—building up your crew each day
- Help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro
- Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep—you name it
- Keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and running smooth
