Requirements

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience
- Lead, support, and coach team members throughout each shift
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown
- Manage staff coverage, break rotations, and workflow during shifts
- Step in during peak periods to support operations and maintain service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Handle cash management, including register oversight and balancing
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and operational updates
