About The Position

Krispy Kreme is seeking Shift Supervisors to oversee an assigned shop shift and help ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently while creating a positive customer experience. The role partners with the shop leadership team to support the overall shop and offers opportunities for growth through experience and learning. Shift Supervisors lead daily operations, maintain service standards, help develop hourly Team Members, and assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with shop staffing and training activities.

Requirements

Two years of relevant experience.
One year of experience supervising a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
Manage service flow to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
Provide exceptional customer service and nurture a culture where people feel welcomed and valued.
