Requirements
- Prior leadership experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred)
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Passion for hospitality and team success
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-casual environment
Responsibilities
- Set the tone for each shift with an upbeat, can-do attitude
- Supervise team members and support daily restaurant operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain food quality standards
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing new team members
- Open/close the restaurant, count drawers, and complete daily checklists
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Lead by example and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
