About The Position

Hamra Enterprises, an award-winning franchisee of Wendy's, is seeking driven individuals for a Shift Supervisor role in a fun, energetic atmosphere with opportunities for growth. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Overnight work availability, including holidays.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Satisfy a background check.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to stand up to 12 hours.
  • Ability to move about the restaurant to access various areas.
  • Ability to use hands/fingers to handle or feel, operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, and position various items including registers, slicers, knives, scissors, other machinery, and a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a step ladder to reach product on top shelves.
  • Ability to position self to maintain cleanliness and retrieve product.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • Ability to detect, distinguish, and determine taste/smell (not applicable for this role).
  • Ability to lift, move, transport, position, put, install, and remove items, frequently moving product, dishes, and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise shifts to ensure guest delight.
  • Train and set up employees for success.
  • Engage in philanthropic endeavors.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow employees or guests.
  • Handle and move product, dishes, and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Work in environments with low temperatures (walk-in freezer/cooler) and high heat (ovens).
