Shift Supervisor
About The Position
A Shift Supervisor supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance and building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth store operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures. This is a part-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 20. The typical pay range is $16.50–$24.00 per hour; the actual offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. Requirements
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent store issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Work effectively with store management and store crews.
- Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
- Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote CVS's customer service culture by greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them.
- Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise and stock shelves.
- Execute displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
- Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
- Reset departments following POGs.
- When a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, lead store staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.
