About The Position

Villa Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Supervisor with bar experience for 4 Rivers Smokehouse at Orlando International Airport! We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on supervisor who can keep the team organized, support restaurant and bar service, and provide a welcoming experience for our guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of shift leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Bar experience is required, including familiarity with beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service.
• Strong guest service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet airport badging and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts and assign tasks to keep service running smoothly.
• Support team members in the dining room and bar during busy periods.
• Coach employees on service expectations, beverage standards, and restaurant procedures.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and opening and closing duties.
• Follow cash-handling procedures and assist with inventory checks.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with food safety requirements.
• Address guest concerns and communicate operational or employee issues to management.
• Help maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
