Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Full work availability – days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• 1+ years’ restaurant management experience
• Exposure to financial accountability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Satisfy a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to stand up to 12 hours
• Ability to move about the restaurant to access the dining room, prep area, restrooms, and dumpster area
• Ability to handle or feel operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position various equipment and machinery
• Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a step ladder
• Ability to position self to maintain cleanliness and retrieve product
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
• Ability to read monitors, menus, and learning systems
• Ability to lift, move, transport, position, put, install, remove product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to tolerate exposure to low temperatures in walk-in freezer and cooler
• Ability to tolerate exposure to high heat in walk-in oven, or wall mounted ovens

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations.
• Train and set up employees for success.
• Engage in philanthropic endeavors.
• Perform basic job duties including walking, moving, handling items, climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, talking, hearing, and carrying weight.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Communicate with fellow employees or guests.
• Read monitors, menus, and learning systems.
