SHIFT SUPERVISOR
About The Position
Rite of Passage is hiring a Shift Supervisor – A Shift at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona! As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be a key member of the Site Management Team, responsible for overseeing daily Group Living operations and supporting a safe, structured, and positive environment for youth and staff. You’ll lead, mentor, and supervise team members while ensuring compliance with Rite of Passage policies and licensing requirements. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services OR any equivalent combination numbers of years’ experience, Military experience and training is acceptable.
- 3+ years of experience in juvenile treatment, behavioral health, residential, corrections, or related settings
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Experience working with youth in child welfare or similar programs
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening (THC excluded), physical, TB test, and child abuse registry clearance
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily Group Living operations

- Leading, mentoring, and supervising team members
- Ensuring compliance with Rite of Passage policies and licensing requirements
