Requirements

• A go-getter with a passion for people and leadership!
• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is a plus
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills—you’re the kind of person who can think on your feet.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Energize and motivate the crew, ensuring every shift is smooth, fun, and successful!
• Interact with guests, solve problems on the spot, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
• Coach team members, lead by example, and make key decisions.
• Ensure quality food, clean restaurants, and a positive environment for both employees and guests.
• Manage inventory, handle cash, and help with scheduling.
