Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) years of experience working in residential facility working with homeless, mentally ill or substance abusers
- New York State Security License
- Fire Safety Coordinator License (F-02 & F-80)
- First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Proficiency in modern business communications including personal computers, electronic mail, voicemail, facsimile and copier equipment

Responsibilities
- Supervise shift, overseeing and performing crisis intervention and addressing operational problem
- Advice supervisor of shift specific operational problems on a timely basis
- Supervise and perform all regular client service tasks, as well as reporting requirements
- Schedule daily and weekly assignments and monitor functions, and participate in rotation of task assignments
- Administer human resources functions such as coordination and evaluation of staff training, maintaining supervisory notes, facilitating regular shift team meetings, scheduling for shifts, and reviewing time sheets
- Perform special assignments and shift-specific responsibilities as assigned by the Security Director or Operations Director, assuring provision of services and compliance
- Interact with difficult and sometimes abusive clients in a productive and professional manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned
