About The Position

We are looking for qualified, friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Shift Supervisors to join our highly skilled and fast-growing team! CC Holdings Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group with café locations throughout the Indianapolis area. We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Supervisors (including Sandwich Artist/Cashier/CSR responsibilities) for our Brands (Java House Bistro, Lift Off, and Shapiros) location at the Indianapolis International Airport. Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass
Flexible schedule availability required

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience in the food industry preferred
Prior supervisor, sandwich artist, cashier, or CSR experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Oversees daily shift operations and employee performance
Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests and resolving complaints professionally
Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace
Ensures smooth daily production and service operations
Performs sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR responsibilities as needed
Prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to Nature’s Table standards
Maintains food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
Processes cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
Balances cash drawers and follows all cash handling procedures
Provides excellent customer service and promotes a welcoming environment
Assists with training and mentoring new team members
Supports operations while maintaining company standards and culture
Lead the shift from start to finish (opening, mid, and closing shifts)
Set the tone for urgency, hospitality, and professionalism
Ensure proper station coverage and team positioning
Adjust staffing in real time based on business volume
Maintain smooth service flow and prevent bottlenecks at the register, expo, or kitchen
